Antenatal & Birth Doula
As your Birth Doula, I offer continuous emotional and practical support throughout pregnancy, birth preparation and labour, helping you feel informed, grounded and deeply supported as you approach one of life’s biggest transitions.
Together, we create space for you to explore your hopes, fears and choices around birth, building confidence in both your body and your ability to navigate the journey ahead. My role is not to take over or replace medical care, but to walk alongside you calmly and steadily, helping you feel safe, heard and empowered throughout.
During labour and birth, I provide reassuring, consistent support for both you and your partner, offering encouragement, comfort measures, advocacy and a calm presence in the room when emotions or intensity rise.
